I am Srinivasan, hailing from an orthodox Brahmin family background. My family and I were Pujaris performing pujas in Vaitheeswaran temple of Thanjavur district of Tamil Nadu, South India. I was very much devoted in our traditional rituals of the Brahmin community, but my family went through great turmoil because of my mother’s sickness for 19 years. All my knowledge in manthras, performing pujas, rituals, witchcraft, sorcery, tying of sacred thread, offering sacrifices in temples from Kanyakumari to Kasi could not heal my mother’s sickness. Doctors who examined my mother also told that she will surely die within a month or two if she continues to live like this. I decided to end my life along with my mother, if she dies.

At this juncture, one of my classmate boldly gave the gospel (Holy Bible) to me in spite of my physical appearance as pujari wearing sacred thread (upanaya), having applied the ashes on my forehead and chest and also locks of hair tied on my head (kudumi or antenna). After reading four gospels and understanding the supremacy of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ that He is not a dead God but a resurrected Lord Living forever and ever.
He performed several miracles and raised even the dead. I repented and carried my mother to a nearby church, even through my mother was not willing. Only to satisfy my deplorable condition she agreed to pray. The church was very small with village peasants as members. I laid my mother in the church and the morning worship was going on till one p.m. After the service the pastor and the entire congregation gathered, started praying with tears, calling upon the Lord Jesus Christ for my mother’s healing for nearly five hours. It was a great surprise to me for I thought that I am the only person crying for my mother’s sickness, but the entire congregation was crying for my mother’s healing with the pastor. Not even one person left the church for lunch. After the continuous prayers the power of the Lord came upon my mother and snapped all the evil bindings on her and mother was completely healed and she is alive even today by the Immense Grace of God. And the doctor who told that my mother would not live for more than a month or so is no more today but my mother is still alive and healthy. Praise God!
This Jesus Christ who gave back my mother’s life is Alive Today and He is doing wonders in my life. How can I prevent myself from declaring this Jesus to the world?


Divine Call for the Full Time Ministry at the end of 1995

On 15th December 1995, Brother Srinivasan and his wife were traveling on their new motor bike, just opposite to Tamil Nadu Secretariat, the rear wheel of the vehicle going in front of them, came off with great speed and hit our bike and both of them fell down. His wife had escaped miraculously with minor injuries but Srinivasan lost his consciousness for 36 hours and a Good Samaritan who did not even know him took him to the Govt. General Hospital. His jawbones were broken and the teeth were dislocated.

During this time, Brother saw the Glory of Jesus. His spirit departed from his body and went through a wonderful experience of being in the glorious presence of the Lord Jesus Christ. After the initial medical care. The doctors had told me that Brother had to undergo several surgeries. But our good Lord healed him without any surgery in a wonderful miraculous way! The doctors were astonished. It is the marvelous miracle that Jesus did in his life. After this the Lord Jesus spoke to Brother Srinivasan for the Full Time Ministry.

Worked in Jesus Calls Ministry for 12 years (1984-1995)

Bro. Srinivasan have been privileged to serve the Lord along with the world renowned Evangelist Dr. D.G.S. Dhinakaran for 12 years as a staff in the Jesus Calls office as well as in the ministry.
